What sets Austin apart is breadth of perspective: he has led delivery at major consulting firms, served as a Principal Product Advisor inside Workday — supporting the ecosystem across Student Integrations, Reporting, and Security — and started his Workday journey as a client-side PM and technical lead. He knows how each party thinks, where projects go wrong, and what it takes to recover.
Austin has supported enterprise and higher education clients including Williams College, University of Maryland, Iowa State, Brandeis, Norfolk State, Fort Hays State, and Smith College. He has built reusable accelerators, launched AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, and led the kind of knowledge-sharing that makes organizations self-sufficient long after the engagement ends.
